► DELIVERY
Your orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours. Shipments are made every day, from Monday to Friday.
For delivery in France, please allow 2 to 4 days by mail or 2 days by Colissimo or 3 to 4 days by Mondial Relay.
What can delay the dispatch of an order is missing or erroneous information (such as personalization information): please check your emails after ordering, so that I can reply quickly if necessary.

RATE that takes into account the total weight and amount of the order, and the destination (France by default), add the item to the basket and consult the basket.

► ORDERING AND PAYMENT
You can pay by credit card (fully secure online payment), or by bank transfer or cheque, in which case your order will only be taken into account on receipt of your transfer or cheque.

► RETURN
Items personalized by engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
All other items may be returned after request for retraction made by email within 14 days from the date of delivery.
In the event of a problem with an item received, please write within 30 days of the delivery date (or 45 days for orders placed in November) to the store's email address and explain the problem, enclosing a photo if possible.
When the return request is accepted, send the item back to the above address, along with your order number, in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened, damaged or shows signs of wear will not be refunded. Prepare the package for return by wrapping it securely, ideally in the original packaging.
The refund will then be made once your parcel has been received, your products checked and corresponding to the return conditions., as soon as possible (i.e. within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of the item) via the credit card used or by bank transfer.

If, despite my efforts, an item or component proves to be out of stock, you will be notified by email and offered a replacement solution (or cancellation of the order if that's what you prefer).
